Organized by Get Croppin' Scrapbooking Events, the 4th Annual Virginia Scrapbooking & Craft Yard Sale will feature many local Scrapbooking & Stamping stores, Online Scrapbook Stores, Independent Scrapbook Businesses, Scrapbooking/Stamp Consultants/Demostrators, Crafters, and Individuals all selling products at huge discounts! The event will be held indoors in the Main Commerical Hall at the Prince William County Fairgrounds. The hall has over 10,000 square feet of space and has the capacity for up to 15,000 cars.
Ticket Sales
Ticket Prices are $3.00 prior to the event or $5.00 at the door (CASH ONLY). Tickets can be purchased at the following locations:

Online ticket sales will close at 2pm on Friday, April 25, 2008. *Ticket Details
All tickets will be issued in the form of a wrist-band exclusive to the Get Croppin' Yard Sale. Tickets purchased online through Get Croppin' will be available at the will call desk, one hour prior to the event and until 3:00pm. Will call will run smoothly, with broken out lines prior to the start of the event (a-b, c-d, et.) We do ask that you print out a confirmation and bring a photo ID. When tickets are purchased at participating scrapbook stores, or at a Get Croppin', crop , the wristband will be issued at the time of sale.
Get Croppin' will not replace lost or missing purchased wristbands.
No one will be admitted into the event without a wristband. Children under the age of 10 are admitted into the event free of charge and do not need a wristband. For safety, all children attending the event must be with an adult at all times.
General Information
What is the Virginia Scrapbooking and Craft Yard Sale?
Brought to you by, Get Croppin' Scrapbooking Events the ORGINIAL Virginia Scrapbooking & Craft Yard Sale will be ... well ... a yard sale. We've gone around and gathered vendors who have got way to much stuff ... and need to sell it. Vendors will offer discounts starting at a minimum of 20% off retail and/or provide "one day only" show specials. We have not limited the age of products. Vendors are able to bring boxes right off the UPS truck, if they desired. Many have already confirmed that they will be offering much deeper discounts. This is not an expo with classes, crops, etc. ... but a yard sale, a day full of shopping and savings! Our first yard sale bought over 1800 people and over 60 vendors, yet with tons of space and so many vendors ... many felt that this wasn't a crowded event ... which was great feedback. Great deals, and many many trips to the car to unload the arms!
Will there be an ATM on-site?
Yes, there is an ATM on-site.
Will there be concession on-site?
Yes, there will be a concession stand on-site, provided by the Prince William County Fairgrounds with a variety of snacks and drinks. The fairgrounds will open additional consession stands to prevent lines.
What kind of products will be sold?
Mostly, Scrapbooking, Stamping and Crafting. Some booths may contain related products and interesting "yard sale" finds. Stores will be offering retail merchandise at discount prices. All store merchandise will be at least 20% suggested retail prices. Other vendors will also be offering "onsite show specials" But keep in mind that this is a "yard sale" and retailers came to sell their products ... so the deals will be flying!
How do I get a table?
So, you've managed to fill your scrapbook room; your closets are overflowing; and your family has threatened to disown you, if you bring another craft related product home. Well ... then you've come to the right place. Perhaps its time to unload a bit and make way for newer products ... or the great finds you'll purchase at the yard sale. Individual tables can be rented through us ... Get Croppin. Contact us at info@getcroppin.com for table reservations and costs. These spaces are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.
I am a consultant with a Home Business, and I would like to inquire about a booth?
We have decided to limit the Home Business booths to one main booth per Home Business, (i.e. 1 - Creative Memories, 1 - Stampin' Up, 1 - Close to My Heart, ect.). This way we aren't creating 500 booths of the same company. If you are interested in participating within your company's booth, email us at info@getcroppin.com. We will be glad to let you know if we have a representative for that company already confirmed and pass on your information to the consultant in charge of the main booth.
How big is the facility?
The yard sale will be indoors in the main hall, which is 10,000 square feet with restrooms and handicap entrances. If demand is large, we may open an additional space as well.
How do I enter the building?
We have thought this one through; there will be two entrances into the building. One entrance will be for people that already hold a wristband (either by picking it up at the will call desks or purchasing from a participating LSS) we will simply ask that the wristband be worn and "flashed" at entrance ... hence, a fast moving line! The other entrance will be for tickets purchased at the door. Re-entry into the building will require a wristband.
I am concerned about Parking?
The Prince William County Fairgrounds has parking for 15 thousand vehicles. It is on rolling hills on grass, so wear your most comfortable shoes.
