Join us on Saturday, Nov.12 and Sunday, Nov. 13th for “ScrapGIVINGS” ... our last "hoo haa" for 2005! This is a fabulous crop held at the Dulles Expo and Conference Center in Chantilly, VA. So come join us cause you know that after this weekend ... its all about the holidays ... holiday cards ... presents to buy ... people to feed ... and nothing scrapbook related!
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Select (across the parking lot) at the rate of $89. a night. If you wish to reserve a room use the booking Code: "e57" on the Holiday Inn Select - Chantilly webiste. Or by calling Guests can also call 703-815-6060 or 1-800-HOLIDAY, ask for "Get Croppin" rate. Last day to reserve a room at the special rate is 10/10/05, October 10, 2005.
This crop will be held in the Conference Center at the Dulles Expo Center, North Hall.
Spots will sell out fast, so don't to hestitate to register! This is will be an AWESOME event! Here are the details:
Reserved Seating: If you're coming with a group ... just let us know and we'll reserve a cluster of spots together. Seating in our cropping room which will be more than 4,000 square feet. Table grouping will accommodate up to 12. If you need special assistance, or require being close to a door, please note that in the comments area of the registration form.
Space: Everyone will get 4 feet of table space plus trash cans.
Hours: The crop will begin on Saturday at 8am - 1am, and on Sunday at 8am - 4pm. Think how many pages or projects you'll complete UNINTERUPTED by screaming kids, housekeeping, starring at unfinished household projects, laundry, and worse of all croppers block!
Chairs: Regular banquet chairs
Tables: Exclusive "I" set up for tables where everyone at your "I" table of 12 can see and talk to each other freely.
Lighting: The room has flourences and halogen canister lighting and is brightly lit.
Shop at your leisure at our Get Croppin' shopping center where we will have selected independent consultants to not only sell their products but also demonstrate their product lines. You can also visit our on-site scrapbooking store for all your essential supplies throughout the day.

Food at this event: To keep costs low .. we will not be offering food, but concessions will be available.
