Get Croppin’ is proud to announce our most economical-no-thrills-no-outrageous-fees three day crop. Join us on Fri, October 10th through Sunday, October 12th to “Seriously get some Scrapbooking DONE” at the Dulles Expo and Conference Center in Chantilly, VA.
With the economy in the crapper ... =) ... we are throwing a crop together that's ALL ABOUT GOING BACK TO THE BASICSand using your stash (or perhaps someone else’s). To help support the going back to the basics / going green we'll have tables to trade supplies with others, tables to sell extra supplies, and tables to give away supplies you no longer need!

We all have WAY to much stuff...no matter what we do, we buy and buy and buy.... someone's trash is someone else’s' treasure. During this crop we will have (unmanned) tables set up where you can bring your stash of items you'd like to sell to others. There is no additional fee for you to participate in this. All you have to do is let us know you are interested and we will send you all the details. Everyone attending the event will have the opportunity to participate in this those attending full weekend will be able to 'sell' items.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Select (across the parking lot) at the rate of $89. a night (regardless whether you have one person or four people in a room). If you wish to reserve a room use the booking Code: "N95" on the Holiday Inn Select - Chantilly website. Or by calling Guests can also call 703-815-6060 or 1-800-HOLIDAY, ask for "Get Croppin" rate. Last day to reserve a room at the special rate is 9/26.
This crop will be held in the Conference Center at the Dulles Expo Center, North Hall.

Spots will sell out fast, so don't to hestitate to register! This is will be an AWESOME event! Here are the details:
Reserved Seating: If you're coming with a group ... just let us know at the time of registration and we'll reserve a cluster of spots together. Seating in our cropping room which will be more than 4,000 square feet. Table grouping can accommodate up to 16. If you need special assistance, or require being close to a door, please note that in the comments area of the registration form.
Space: Everyone will get 4 feet of table space plus trash cans.
Hours: The crop will begin on Friday at 6pm - Midnight; Saturday 8am - Midnight, and Sunday at 8am - 4pm. Think how many pages or projects you'll complete UNINTERUPTED by screaming kids, housekeeping, starring at unfinished household projects, laundry, and worse of all croppers block!
Chairs: Regular banquet chairs
Tables: Exclusive "I" set up for tables where everyone at your "I" table of up to 12 can see and talk to each other freely.
Lighting: The room has flourences and halogen canister lighting and is brightly lit.
Shop at your leisure at our Get Croppin' shopping center where we will have selected independent consultants to not only sell their products but also demonstrate their product lines. You can also visit our on-site scrapbooking store for all your essential supplies throughout the day.

Purchase raffle tickets (all proceeds to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation) at either $1 a ticket or 6 Tickets for $5

You will have unlimited use of our "Get Finished" Center which will include:

Food at this event: Are events are all about flexibility. Eat when you want, where you want. That’s why our prices are low. There are multiple food locations within walking distance to the expo and in every price range, meeting every dietary need.
All your taxes, gratuity, and security are included in your fee.
